MR®114HB is an ultra bright fluorescent green-yellow (under UV), dry green, highly sensitive ferromagnetic powder designed to be used in water which is used for Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT). MR114HB particles is pre-mixed with water conditioner – including corrosion inhibitor, anti-foam and wetting agent; manufactured for an optimum sensitivity, excellent discontinuity definition, brightness with minimal to nil background and magnetic characteristics for wet method fluorescent MPT. It detects medium to fine surface and slightly sub surface discontinuities such as cracks, inclusions, seams, tears, laps, flakes and other welding defects.

Penetrant Type II

MR®311-R is a solvent and water removable red colour penetrant ideal for general industrial dye penetrant testing. It exhibits outstanding penetrating characteristics along with dark red indications which provides maximum reliability in locating surface open flaws and discontinuities. Typical application include casting, forgings, leak testing, welds, pressure vessels and general metal works.

MR®70I is a bright white, matte finish, non-halogenated, non-aqueous developer used to enhance the visibility of surface-breaking defects or discontinuities by producing an opaque coating during dye-penetrant inspection.

MR®67 is a solvent-free solvent & water removable, red & fluorescent colour penetrant. It exhibits outstanding best-in-class penetrating characteristics which provide maximum reliability in locating surface open flaws and discontinuities. Typical application include casting, forgings, leak testing, welds and general metal work.

MR®79 is an NDT-approved non-halogenated solvent-based cleaner/remover for pre-cleaning (removes oils, greases and other contaminants) and removing excess surface penetrant from an inspection area before applying developer during liquid penetrant testing. It dries quickly without leaving any residue on the surface.

MR®757 is a cost-effective couplant powder which can be mixed with water for a ready-to-use coupling gel providing strong, continuous, even film that adheres very well to vertical and overhead surfaces and is compatible with all metals and any kind of surfaces. It comes in compact, lightweight packets and are easy to carry and use.
